Personal data owners defined as the data subject in the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, in Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law, "to learn whether their personal data has been processed, to request information about it if their personal data has been processed, to determine the purpose of the processing of their personal data and in accordance with their purpose". to learn whether it is used or not, to know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad, to request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and to notify the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, in accordance with the provisions of the Law and other relevant laws. Although it has been processed, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring it to be processed disappear and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, The right to object to the emergence of a result against it by analyzing the data with its base, to demand the compensation of the damage in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

 

       Within the framework of these rights, the data controller must submit his requests regarding the implementation of the Law in writing or by other methods to be determined by the Board. For applications to be made in writing, we kindly request you to print out the form in the Appendix and to apply to us through the communication channels listed below.

      In written applications, the date on which the documents are notified to the data controller is the application date.

 

     If the personal data owner submits his application to us in accordance with the procedure, he will conclude the relevant request free of charge, as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
